We assist our customers to understand PPE Standards and Regulations, an increasingly complex area. Our practical experience of the types of hazardous working conditions under which work has to be undertaken, our continuous programme of Research and Development, together with our partnership with global material suppliers, ensures we provide customers with customised world class PPE solutions.
We listen to our customers and focus more on the customer relationships than "the sale”, reflected in the long-term contracts we hold. A significant number of our customers delegate part or all of their management of PPE; trusting us to assess their risks, propose solutions, deliver the correct products and ensuring all legal obligations are been met as per the PPE Directive 89/656/EEC. The introduction of a customer product Care & Maintenance Service within Waterford Uniforms® in 2011 is our most recent expression of customer support and solution.
